A member on an RV forum suggested that we replace the 3" hose that came with our Sani-Con system.
You may not be able to tell it from the photo above but the hose is made from a very poor quality material that lets the smell permeate through.
We already knew we would change the hose out- we even had it ready to be exchanged out-
We decided it is much more sanitary to swap it out before we ever used the OEM hose-
-And here is a tip - use a hair dryer set on hot to stretch out the hose end to make it easier to slip over the end of the fittings.
