Fridge Cabinet Redux

As some of you know - we had a "refrigerator compartment failure" when we went to Quartzsite almost 2 years ago. (This was caused by the DH trying to leave me as much space under the fridge for storage.) We were able to do something to keep it propped up, but we are now looking at taking another trip that is not a short jaunt from home- so we must rebuild the fridge area...
Here is what we have done so far:
  • Fir strips on the side that are all the way to the ground-
  • A "box" that has been built to contain some of the cooking items that I will store there-
  • The Fridge "base stand" that it will set on for stronger support-

The fridge will be strapped in from the top back and a front lock will be added after it is remounted.

Steps -Part 1

We (aka DH) should finish the steps this weekend -if he is able to find the right screws. Here are a few pics showing what we did change out though -
You can see the gold piano hinge that is less than halfway across the step in this photo:
We have attached a longer hinge in a different finish so that it blends better and that it will be more sturdy.

OBD Mounted

I am looking for a photo from a couple of years ago because it was almost impossible to find the OBD all tangled up in the wires under the dash- but trust me-it was there.
